To that end we provide a programme of monthly workshops, advice and guidance through face-to-face consultations, our cashflow forecasting service and the various facets of our business that supports the successful investment in and management of property.

And of course we are committed to the wellbeing and safety of our team and clients.
Our offices are currently open but we are reviewing this position daily to ensure the wellbeing of our team and clients. We anticipate that from next week our offices will close and our operations will continue on a work-from-home basis.
We will be able to continue offering our high levels of customer service during the Covid-19 outbreak and restrictions rightly being placed on us all. We are able to access our systems securely, and will continue to communicate with our clients going forward, but the way we do that will change.

We have taken the decision to postpone our programme for the time being following Government advice on gatherings of people. We are currently working on alternatives for these and will advise on this as we have new information.

To ensure that our team and clients are not exposed to risk we will be conducting meetings via a range of alternative means;
Video call (zoom, facetime etc)
Messenger services (wattsapp etc)

Cashflow Forecasting
We will carry out this service via the means described above and provide forms and questionnaires electronically

New Property Research
Due Diligence and research on specific towns, cities and counties is up to date and complete.

Our current portfolio of available properties is sufficient to see us through the next three months without having to seek out any new opportunities. The good news is however that we have staff members situated throughout the Midlands and the North who are continuing to seek out suitable investment opportunities and carry out due diligence specific to our stringent criteria. Viewings of specific properties are taking place supported by live video streaming so that back here in Essex we can make informed decisions before we add any fresh opportunity to the portfolio.
