Last month we saw a great turn out for our Property Pitfalls workshop, some great questions were asked and it certainly got a lot of people thinking! This month we are pleased to announce that our next workshop will be about Estate Planning and how to ensure that your family will benefit from your property portfolio. 

Estate Planning is all about protecting your loved ones when you pass. By making sure your assets are in order means you can reduce the amount of payable tax your family would have to pay, but Estate Planning is vital for this. 

On Thursday 17th October we are holding our Workshop at Saxon House in Chelmsford, where our Guest Speaker Phil Campbell will be taking us through ways to ensure your family are protected. 

For any investor it is vital you know as much as possible about the industry you are investing into. It is not always just about the property itself and what it will return for you, but by making sure your portfolio is protected you can be sure your children will get to see the benefits that your portfolio brought you.
