Here at Hawkhurst Invest we commit to providing education within property investment through monthly workshops that take place in Chelmsford throughout 2019.
June’s meeting, as per the many others that will be running throughout the calendar year, will be held at our offices in Saxon House located at the heart of the city centre in Chelmsford.
The workshop this June, will also involve guest speakers who will also share their experience and expert knowledge at no cost to you.
This workshop will focus on buy to let mortgages. Therefore, if you are planning to invest into buy to let properties, then this is the ideal opportunity to learn more about the opportunity but also the buy to let mortgage process.
Our guest speaker; David Liddle, will take you through the buy to let mortgage process, sharing the key requirements needed to typically obtain a buy to let mortgage, the main differences between a buy to let mortgage and a standard mortgage product, in addition to what you can do in preparation of applying for a buy to let mortgage to best positioned for successful application for the first time.
